I can imagine Harry and Louis calling each other while Harry is in LA. 

Harry whispers “I miss you” to Louis.

Louis says “Then, come back." 

After saying this Louis hear someone calling his name and turn back. Harry is standing in front of him, with a smile on his face and says "I already did”.

They hug so strong that no one could tear them apart.
